Polymer Nation F-52 SL 36 Urethane Concrete Slurry

Product Overview

The Polymer Nation F-52 SL 36 Urethane Concrete Slurry is a three-component urethane concrete made for floors that take serious abuse. It blends a water-based urethane resin and aromatic hardener with Polymer Nation’s proprietary Portland cement, lime, and filler blend (PN 1352 S 36).

Your crew gets a longer working time, and then the material snaps to a cure. It’s formulated for high impact and thermal shock resistance, so it holds up in high-impact industrial spaces. It also has a low odor and goes down easily, which makes it a solid fit for durable decorative work.

When you’re sourcing industrial urethane concrete slurry St. Louis crews can count on, we’ve got you covered. We carry it in Natural, Tile Red, Light Gray, Medium Gray, Dark Gray, and Black. Our local stock helps you skip long freight waits and get to work sooner. As a urethane slurry broadcast distributor, we’ll help you get the right kit count for your next job.

Uses and Benefits

Most contractors run F-52 SL 36 as a self-priming slurry broadcast flooring system. It reaches 3/16″ in one pass. Add a decorative broadcast element, and you’ll hit a nominal 1/4″. It also works as a primer on concrete with high moisture transmission levels, and you can apply it to green concrete. That gives your crew more options on slabs that other systems can’t handle.

The 3/16 to 1/4 inch build keeps your floor tough without slowing the schedule. It’s dry to walk on in about 6 hours and ready for light use in 16 to 24 hours, with full cure in 7 days. Recoat within 24 hours, and keep the substrate at least 5 degrees above dew point. For a heavy-duty urethane slurry 1/4 inch system that keeps jobs moving, add your kits to the cart, and we’ll get them ready.
