Polymer Nation F-52 SL 28 Urethane Concrete Slurry
Product Overview
The Polymer Nation F-52 SL 28 Urethane Concrete Slurry is a three-component urethane concrete made for floors that take a beating. It pairs a water-based urethane resin and aromatic hardener with Polymer Nation’s proprietary blend of Portland cement, lime, and fillers (PN 1352 SL 28).
The formula gives your crew longer working time, and then it snaps to a cure. It’s built for high impact and thermal shock resistance on tough slurry broadcast floors. Low odor and easy application make it a strong fit for industrial and durable decorative spaces.
We keep F-52 SL 28 stocked right here in St. Louis, so local flooring contractors can grab kits when the schedule calls for them. It comes in Natural, Tile Red, Light Gray, Medium Gray, Dark Gray, and Black. Running a large job? Ask us about urethane concrete slurry pricing on multiple kits.
Uses and Benefits
Most crews run F-52 SL 28 as a slurry broadcast flooring system. It hits 1/8″ thickness in one pass. Add a decorative broadcast element, and you’ll reach a nominal 3/16″. Since it’s self-priming, the slurry handles the prime coat for you. It also works as a primer when concrete floors show high moisture transmission levels. You can even apply it to green concrete, which gives your crew more options on tricky slabs.
Each kit covers 45 sq. ft. at 1/8″, so plan for a 5% waste factor when you order materials for a self-priming urethane slurry broadcast job. Ideal application temperatures run 50 to 80°F, and the substrate should stay at least 5 degrees above dew point to avoid amine blush.
Accelerated weathering testing shows significant yellowing, so factor that in where color really matters. Need help sizing your order? Our St. Louis team is ready to help you get the right kit count.
